About The Role
As an UX researcher in Celsius’s design team, it will help us develop empathy, understand and trust our customers and ensure that our products and services exceed their expectations. It will apply a variety of research methods, both qualitative and quantitative, to translate observations into processable ideas. Researchers use the human -centered design to guide the development of products from ideation to launch and beyond. He will play a fundamental role to help us shape new products, improve our existing offers and bring the next 100 million people to cryptography.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of our clients, as well as in future perspectives, and passionately advocate the experiences that address their needs
- Inform the development of products synthesizing observations in processable ideas
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary teams to design, implement and measure product performance and customer experience
- Apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to understand user behavior, including user interviews, usability tests, A/B tests, prototypes creation, ethnographic research and surveys
- Articulate well -investigated views based on data and make clear recommendations on the design address through regular communication with their teams and the organization in general.
- Continuously evolve our UX research tools and best practices
- Provide guidance and tutoring to other designers on your team
Requirements
- Bachelor of Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology or a Related Field or Equivalent Practical Experience.
- Comfortable applying a variety of research and quantitative user research methods
- Ability to plan, execute and communicate user research in different projects and project restrictions
- Experience working on consumer -oriented products and services
- Comfortable in an accelerated and constantly evolving industry
Preferred
- Blockchain and cryptocurrency knowledge
- Familiarity with agile software practices, including Scrum
- Comfortable using tools like Gira and Confluence
